It is important that viewers be consummately aware of:

(a) the potential for becoming emotionally charged,
(b) potentially strong reactions to Black images reflecting caricatures and stereotypes,
(c) a need to be compassionate and understanding when dealing in the provocative area of Black Memorabilia.
